Fingerless Fashion

Gauntlets, arm warmers, wristlets, fingerless mittens - they are all happening right now in just about any colour or textile you care to mention. I have been looking at this trend for some time and not really noticing it. As these things happen, it suddenly came to me - I want some too, so let's see what there is out there.
Fingerless gloves. Very chic in leather, suede etc. These would be perfect for driving the streets in a Merc convertible. If I get these, it could be a pricey exercise as I'd have to order the Merc as well.
Fingerless mittens in lovely wool plaid or other european fine wool fabrics - great with an Armani suit. Again, must remember to get Armani suit.
Now this is more like it - cable knit arm warmers and I actually have the key outfit required - jeans and tee.
The more I see of these arm warmers, the more I can visualise their assimilation into my daily life. They certainly work with denim and are great with the cropped jackets of late. My plan is to make a pair of these
